We collect information you provide directly to us (such as your name, email, business details, client list, and invoice data) and information we collect automatically (such as your device type and IP address). If you choose to sign in using third-party services like Apple or Google, we collect your basic profile information (such as your email address and name) provided by those services.
To personalize your invoices, we may request access to your device's photo library. This permission is used strictly and exclusively to allow you to upload your company logo or business avatar. We do not scan, access, or collect any other photos or media from your device.
We use your information strictly to: provide and improve our core invoicing services, synchronize your business data securely across your devices, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account or premium subscriptions.
We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect your sensitive business records, client details, and generated invoices. Your data is stored in highly secure environments with continuous protection against unauthorized access.
We do NOT sell your personal or business data to third parties. We may only share information if legally required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities to comply with legal obligations.
You maintain full control over your data. You can edit your business profile, manage your clients, export your invoices, or request a complete copy of the information associated with your account at any time.
If you choose to delete your account via the app settings, your data will be permanently erased from our active servers in accordance with our data retention protocols. Please export any important invoices before proceeding with account deletion.
If we make significant changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through the application or via email.
