1. THE AGREEMENT

By accessing or using Invoice Boss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Invoice Boss.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Invoice Boss. By creating an account, you represent that any business information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice Boss provides tools for generating invoices and estimates. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, including tax rates, discounts, client information, and financial totals. Invoice Boss is not a certified public accountant (CPA) or a tax authority, and our service does not constitute legal or financial advice.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING DISCLAIMER

Invoice Boss is purely an invoice generation and tracking platform. We are not a payment processor or a financial institution. We do not handle, process, or facilitate actual monetary transactions between you and your clients. Any QR codes or payment instructions generated on your invoices are fulfilled independently. Invoice Boss assumes absolutely no liability or responsibility for payment disputes, chargebacks, failed transfers, or unpaid invoices.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to use Invoice Boss for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, generating fake invoices, or impersonating another business entity. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Premium features may require a subscription. Payments are securely processed through Apple or Google, depending on your device. You can manage or cancel your active subscriptions directly within your device's app store settings.

7. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Invoice Boss may occasionally provide promotional offers or discounts. These offers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to specific terms or expiration dates. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may close your account at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Invoice Boss is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
